  Ryan and his staff have always taken great care of our needs as customers. I've never had a bad experience with any of the ladies in the office, they are always warm and welcoming to help with anything we ask of them. We appreciate our agent and value the relationship we've built with him and his office staff over the years. We highly recommend if your looking for someone to always care about your needs and your family that you reach out to Hoffstot Insurance.

  I would not recommend this company. They could not be less interested in your business. We called six days ago, with a very straight forward request. We asked for a quote for homeowners and auto insurance for our home and vehicles, as we were not happy with our current company raising the rates-again, because "too many people are moving to Oregon". Bonnie ( at Farmers) couldn't be less interested in our business. She was rude on the phone, and clearly couldn't care less if we signed up with their company. I asked her to explain some insurance lingo that she kept throwing around, and instead of being helpful, she seemed exasperated. I was fully ready to sign up with Farmers, as the rate she quoted was a tad better, but why would I want an insurance company that is irritated by a simple question? Strange way of doing business. I would call State Farm, down the street, they may raise their rates often, but at least they aren't rude.
